Jeffrey S. Berdahl, CPA, CSEP
President
Jeff founded Berdahl & Company to fulfill the complex and dynamic financial needs of businesses and individuals in the Lehigh Valley Region. As a CPA with over nineteen years of experience in public accounting, Jeff has a proven track record of delivering quality, timely, and innovative business solutions to clients. Jeff’s areas of expertise include tax planning and preparation, accounting, financial planning, and management advisory services.
A graduate of Muhlenberg College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting, Jeff also completed requisite course studies in Estate Planning and is designated as a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning. Jeff has also been affiliated with several leading Certified Public Accounting firms in the local Lehigh Valley.
Jeff serves on the Executive Committee of the local Lehigh Valley Chapter of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is also an active member the PICPA-PAC Board of Trustees. His affiliation with the Estate Planning Council of the Lehigh Valley and the Greater Lehigh County Chamber of Commerce led to his appointment as a member of the Public Policy Committee, where he serves as the Tax Chairperson. In addition, he is a 1999 graduate of the Leadership Lehigh Valley program, and is a member of the Allentown West Rotary Club. Jeff also volunteers as a Patrol Leader in Pack 72 Fogelsville. He is past president of the Muhlenberg College Lehigh Valley Area Alumni Club and is an active member of the Muhlenberg Board of Associates. Jeff is a frequent discussion leader for various accounting and business related topics and participates in a number of state accounting, tax and business consulting conferences.
Joyce Orrok, CPA
Senior Accountant
Joyce is a Certified Public Accountant with over ten years combined experience in private and public accounting, including several years as president of an independent accounting firm. Prior to joining Berdahl & Company, Joyce held the positions of financial analyst for a major pharmaceutical company and senior auditor for an international accounting firm. Her areas of expertise include tax planning, tax preparation, and accounting.
Joyce holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Rutgers University and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Seton Hall University, where she graduated summa cum laude. Joyce is also an active member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
